Nukes Not Traceable?
An article in the NYT last month concerning a report by the National Research Council seems to suggest that the U.S. might no longer be capable of telling where a nuke would come from in a nuclear terror incident. The traceability of nuclear weapons has been one obstacle to speculation of a nuke being used in a false flag by some secret cabal working inside governments with evil intentions. Now that obstacle might be dissolving. That's one disturbing way of interpreting that at least.
