Car Bomb "screaming look at me. Not what you would expect..."

If they had wanted the bomb not to be discovered and be able to go off undetected, why use fireworks with propane tanks, some alarm clocks and wires, and put it in an SUV with the Hazard lights flashing?



The video below has an inconsistent witness saying they could see what looked like fireworks in the SUV, fifteen minutes before any smoke, then claiming later in the video that he couldn't see in the SUV at all due to the tinted windows. Also at the end of the interview we hear that the witnesses were not interviewed by the police.
