PEARISBURG -- Giles County schools will be closed Wednesday to give law enforcement officials an opportunity to brief teachers and school administration about a website that mentions Narrows schools in a discussion about the Sandy Hook Elementary shootings in Newtown, Conn.
At a news conference held this afternoon in the Giles County Courthouse, Sheriff Morgan Millirons said that although no threat has been made against any Giles County school, officers felt it was important to take the information seriously.
Millirons said Virginia State Police informed local law enforcement last week that they had received a tip about an article on a website that pointed out that "Sandy Hook" was referenced on a map in a scene from the Batman movie "The Dark Knight Rises." Also on the map in the movie was "Narrows," Millirons said.
The article, which is still posted on www.revelationnow.net, refers to the mass shootings at a Colorado movie theater last year during a showing of the Batman movie, the Connecticut school massacre last month and a possible connection to Narrows schools. The headline is “The Next School Massacre Target?”

As most of you know, I have been a great admirer of General Petraeus for well over ten years since he was a Major General in the Army and showed incredible initiative and aggressiveness in Iraq and then in Afghanistan. The CIA creates the problem (i.e. the monster Al-Qaeda to fight the Soviets) and then, this monster goes out of control, and the CIA goes around creating more problems—like the “Arab Spring”and then guess whom they use to control it? Especially generals like Petraeus who tried to ‘militarize’ the completely ‘amatureish CIA’ and we have two more military officials—General Carter Ham and Admiral Charles Gaouette.
General Charles Ham is a distinguished combat general who requested support to defend and rescue the Ex-SEAL Team Contractors and Ambassador Christopher Stevens and others who were engaged in a fire-fight that was continuously monitored by the NSA and satellites in real time. He was immediately relieved of his command and replaced without a moment’s hesitation or explanation by Army General David Rodriguez. That order came directly from the White House to Panetta to General Dempsey, Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff [I have already written about these ‘choir boys’].
At same time but at a different location, R AdmiralCharles M. Gaouette, command of the powerful Carrier Strike Group Three[CSG-3] consisting of the five US Navy carrier strike groups were specifically designated for projecting naval airpower ashore.
The key point about the conflagration in Benghazi was the both Navy, Army, CIA, SEAL, Special Forces team all pre-positioned were ORDERED to STAND DOWN by the WHITE HOUSE. In the process of that STAND DOWN, brave American soldiers and diplomats were massacred by forces that could have been ‘neutralized’ but POTUS refused to save their lives and invoke military assistance.
Those who dared to defy POTUS (as I had done in the past), these brave military and civilian personnel were subsequently dismissed .
Now POTUS has been placed on notice that he had covered up the massacre of a covert operation gone awry and Petraeus, Ham, Gaouette are cordoned into a corral of obedience and silence.

“This is about something else entirely, and the truth will come out,” he told the Daily News.

New questions raised over Dominique-Strauss Kahn case
It's getting pretty obvious that Strauss Kahn was set up, most likely by Sarkozy. Not that such a thing should surprise anyone.

New questions have been raised about the events in the New York hotel room where the former International Monetary Fund head and French politician Dominique Strauss-Kahn was alleged to have sexually assaulted a hotel maid.
The case against Strauss-Kahn was eventually dramatically dropped by a Manhattan court, but the scandal forced him to resign his IMF post and destroyed his chances of becoming the leading leftwing candidate to challenge Nicolas Sarkozy for the French presidency.
An exhaustively researched article in the New York Review of Books, published by veteran American investigative journalist Edward Jay Epstein, has cast fresh doubt on exactly what happened in the Sofitel hotel room on 14 May between Strauss-Kahn and his accuser, Guinean-born maid Nafissatou Diallo.
In passages sure to delight Strauss-Kahn supporters and conspiracy theorists, Epstein's lengthy article studied hotel door key and phone records and traced links to Strauss-Kahn's potential political rivals, appearing to suggest the possibility that he had been set up.

The arrest of IMF Managing Director Dominique Strauss-Kahn has all the appearances of a frame-up ordered by powerful members of the financial establishment, in liaison with France's Nicolas Sarkozy, whose presidency has served the interests of the US at the expense of those of France and the European Union. Strauss-Kahn is a member of elite groups who meet behind closed doors. He belongs to the Bildeberger. According to this analysis from China's state-controlled Huanqiu, it is reasonable to infer that statistics released while DSK ran the IMF, showing U.S. dollar weakness and forecasting how China's economy would surpass America's by 2016, drove Washington to 'throw' DSK into a U.S. prison...
"At the time [May, 2010], the IMF's sudden forecast was equivalent to sounding the global alarm on the U.S. dollar, or to put it another way, using data to reveal the trend of influence between the U.S. and China. ...A New York judge denied Strauss-Kahn bail on the basis of police misrepresentation that he was apprehended fleeing the country.
Once he was imprisoned, the police announced that Strauss-Kahn was on suicide watch, which is a way of suggesting to the public that the accused rapist might take his own life in order to avoid the public humiliation of a guilty verdict from a jury.
But what really happened, assuming one can learn anything from press reports, is that Strauss-Kahn, upon arriving at JFK airport for his scheduled flight, discovered that he did not have his cell phone and telephoned the hotel, the scene of the alleged crime. It boggles the mind that anyone could possibly think that a person fleeing from his crime would call the scene of the crime, ask about his left behind cell phone, and tell them where he was...
Then in rapid succession, reeking of orchestration, a French woman steps forward and declares that a decade ago she was nearly raped by Strauss-Kahn. This was followed by Kristin Davis, the Manhattan Madam of the prostitute who did in Eliot Spitzer before he could get the banksters on Wall Street, stepping forward to announce that one of her call girls refused to service Strauss-Kahn a second time because he was too rough in the act...
..I have written about the anomalies of the case. One of the most striking is the confirmed reports in the French and British press that a political activist for French President Sarkozy, Jonathan Pinet, tweeted the news of Strauss-Kahn’s arrest to Arnaud Dassier, a spin doctor for Sarkozy, before the news was announced by the New York police.
Pinet’s explanation for how he was the first to know is that a “friend” in the Sofitel Hotel, where the alleged crime took place, told him. Is it merely a coincidence that the men assigned the task of removing the Strauss-Kahn threat to French President Sarkozy’s re-election had a clued-in friend in the Sofitel Hotel? Did the police clue-in the “friend” before they made the public announcement? If so, why?
What bothers me about the Strauss-Kahn affair is that if the police have evidence that supports their insistence on his guilt, it is pointless for the police to set Strauss-Kahn up in the media. Generally, set-ups like this occur only when there is no evidence or when the evidence has to be fabricated and cannot withstand examination....
...As a person who had a Washington career, I find other aspects of the case disturbing. Strauss-Kahn had emerged as a threat to the establishment. Polls showed that as the socialist candidate, he was the odds-on favorite to defeat the American candidate, Sarkozy, in the upcoming French presidential election. Perhaps it was only electoral posturing to help defeat Sarkozy, but Strauss-Kahn indicated that he intended to move the International Monetary Fund away from its past policy of making the poor pay for the mistakes of the rich. He spoke of strengthening collective bargaining, and of restructuring mortgages, tax and spending policies in order that the economy would serve ordinary people in addition to the banksters. Strauss-Kahn said that regulation needed to be restored to financial markets and implied that a more even distribution of income was required.
These remarks, together with a likely win over Sarkozy in the French election, made Strauss-Kahn a double-barreled challenge to the establishment. The third strike against him was the recent IMF report that said China would surpass the US as the world’s first economy within five years...

In the then off-the-record discussion on April 28, the International Monetary Fund chief said he could imagine a scenario where he was framed for a rape he did not commit.
The 62-year old was clearly worried about receiving "low blows" from allies of President Nicolas Sarkozy, whom a series of polls suggested prior to the scandal he would beat in next years' elections should he run.
He told reporters he only kept his encrypted IMF one for fear of being eavesdropped by the president's allies...
A recent book on the Socialist party quotes the former spokesman of Mr Sarkozy's UMP party as boasting about incriminating photographs of Mr Strauss-Kahn. But Mr Strauss-Kahn said: "For years people have talked about photos of giant orgies (involving me), but I have never seen anything come out...So why don't they show them?"
He went on to evoke an incident in which he met Mr Sarkozy in the men's room during a G20 summit in Pittsburgh in 2008 and reportedly warned the President to "tell your boys to stop (spreading rumours about my private life) or I'll go to court".
Then Mr Strauss-Kahn told the journalists that he could easily imagine "a woman (who I supposedly) raped in a car park and who had been promised 500,000 or a million euros to invent such a story."
His remark was not the only revelation fuelling conspiracy theories. Another was a Tweet from a French-Canadian political science student in Paris, which appeared on Twitter well before world media broke the story.
Jonathan Pinet, a youth activist in President Sarkozy's UMP party, wrote "a mate in the US just told me that DSK's been arrested in a hotel in NYC an hour ago". A second, three minutes later, read: "I got it from a friend of his who works at the hotel".
A blogger on Le Post, a news website, pointed out that the tweet was posted at 4.59pm New York Time, just 10 minutes after Mr Strauss-Kahn was seized on an Air France plane. Mr Pinet had said he had been arrested an hour previously in his hotel, raising questions on how he had obtained the information so fast.

Report of bin Laden’s death spurs questions from conspiracy theorists

While much of America celebrated the dramatic killing of Osama bin Laden, the Sept. 11 conspiracy theorists still had questions. For them and a growing number of skeptics, the plot only thickened.
Could the public trust bin Laden’s DNA samples? Where was bin Laden’s body? Why was the most wanted mujaheddin on Earth buried in an undisclosed location in the northern Arabian Sea? Why was the news announced mere weeks after President Obama’s campaign kickoff and just days after his birth certificate was released? Why so late on a Sunday night?

Assange on Supposed Manipulation by Soros and Mossad

During a Julian Assange interview conducted by the Indian paper afaqs, the following exchange took place:
There has been speculation that you have the support of George Soros and Israeli intelligence service Mossad. Where do you think this is coming from?
(It is common) in the US to allege George Soros is behind everything. To be fair, the only vaguely conspiratorial things that George Soros has been behind is some of the 'Colour Revolutions' in Eastern Europe about five or six years ago that I know about.
As for Mossad, in the release of "Cablegate" material, there is no one spared. If you look closely, what has happened is that the New York Times as a media organisation has to be quite careful not to criticise Israel too much. So, if you look at the coverage in English that is coming out you will see little that is critical of Israeli behaviour and a lot critical of Iran, for example. That is not a true reflection of the "Cablegate" material. There is information in there that is critical of most countries - certainly including Israel.
There is a bias towards material that is critical of Iran because the information comes from US embassies and US diplomats reporting back to Washington. So, it does follow Washington's agenda in terms of what US diplomats and political officers are looking to report and what they do report back to Washington.

If there is to be any change...
We are dealing with a police state folks. In my opinion whatever anyones thoughts about Julian Assange, if he is shut up, we all are. The establishment of the West is corrupt, and in my humble opinion, also evil. That goes for Hillary, Obama, Limbaugh, Gingrich or Lieberman, just to mention a few.
We can be pessimistic and say it's hopeless and Wikileaks is just another conspiracy. I think it's an opportunity.

Disaster capitalists: Halliburton to make money off oil spill

Does a company that both builds oil rigs and cleans up oil spills have any motivation to prevent oil rig disasters?
That's the question some people in business and politics are asking themselves after Halliburton's purchase of an oil clean-up company 10 days before the Deepwater Horizon explosion that killed 11 workers and launched the worst oil spill in US history.
Some observers see a conspiracy in the actions of the company once headed by Dick Cheney. Halliburton, which built the cement casing for the Deepwater Horizon's drill, announced its purchase of Houston-based oilfield services company Boots and Coots for $240 million on April 9, just 11 days before the Deepwater Horizon explosion.
According to a report at the Christian Science Monitor Friday, Boots and Coots is now under contract with BP to help with the oil spill...

A telephone call between a financial adviser in Beverly Hills and a trader in New York was all it took to fleece taxpayers on a water-and-sewer financing deal in West Virginia. The secret conversation was part of a conspiracy stretching across the U.S. by Wall Street banks in the $2.8 trillion municipal bond market.
The call came less than two hours before bids were due for contracts to manage $90 million raised with the sale of West Virginia bonds. On one end of the line was Steven Goldberg, a trader with Financial Security Assurance Holdings Ltd. On the other was Zevi Wolmark, of advisory firm CDR Financial Products Inc. Goldberg arranged to pay a kickback to CDR to land the deal, according to government records filed in connection with a U.S. Justice Department indictment of CDR and Wolmark.
West Virginia was just one stop in a nationwide conspiracy in which financial advisers to municipalities colluded with Bank of America Corp., Citigroup Inc., JPMorgan Chase & Co., Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., Wachovia Corp. and 11 other banks.
They rigged bids on auctions for so-called guaranteed investment contracts, known as GICs, according to a Justice Department list that was filed in U.S. District Court in Manhattan on March 24 and then put under seal. Those contracts hold tens of billions of taxpayer money...
