Could it be that a software program installed on "virtually every computer system of the U.S. government and its military agencies on September 11th" with the ability to "surveil and intervene," possibly overriding the eyes and ears of air defense or disguising malevolent actions, was also funded by a known saudi terror financier with connections to Al-Qaeda?
