One would think it not just tragic, but a little too odd that a child who was born on 9/11 was killed in the shooting in Arizona. This seems almost designed to pull on the heartstrings of Americans. But when I noticed that it was not the parents who brought her to the shooting, this added to my suspicions. In fact a web forum has already made the astounding link that the neighbor who was a chaperone for the child that day, and whose idea it was to bring her to the event, can be directly linked to Cornell's College of Human Ecology where she was a graduate in '73. It can only be assumed that the College of Human Ecology at Cornell has some relationship to the Human Ecology Fund or The Society for the Investigation of Human Ecology at Cornell which is known as a CIA founded MK-Ultra (human behavior studies, mind control) related institution.

In addition, the neighbor's name, Susan Hileman, is also included in the acknowledgements section of a paper on Quality of Early Care and Childhood Trauma: A Prospective Study of Developmental Pathways to Dissociation
Dissociation is highly related to mind control.

Ted And Jared
As Time magazine states, Judy Clarke, the lawyer brought from out of town to defend Jared Lee Loughner, was also the defense lawyer for other admitted/suspected mind contolled notables such as Ted Kasczynski and Timothy McVeigh.
Ted Kasczynski was a victim of CIA linked mind control experiments at Harvard by Dr. Henry Murray.
Timothy McVeigh was visited 17 times from CIA mind control expert, Dr. Louis Jolyn West.
Of course this fits nicely with Jared Lee Loughner's video material which includes chain-of-command diagrams, an "internal image" often seen by victims/survivors of mind control.
The occult shrine in Loughner's yard is yet another evidence pointing in the same direction, as occult ritual is strongly connected to mind control.
That Jared wrote damning messages such as "I planned ahead," "My assassination," and "Giffords," is similar to the case of Sirhan Sirhan where notes were found saying "RFK MUST BE ASSASSINATED ASSASSINATED ASSASSINATED ASSASSINATED !"
Finally Jared's interest in sleepwalking, "conscious dreaming" or "conscience dreaming" as he calls it, as well as his claims of lack of sleep, as well as his recent change of character, all point to some kind of mental programming which could have been attempted on him, and apparently successful.

Second Man Sought In Giffords Shooting May Be Assassin’s Handler

The FBI and local law enforcement in Pima County, Arizona, are looking for a second man wanted in connection with the shooting of Rep. Giffords and the murder of a federal judge and five others.
The man is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 40-50 years old with dark hair, who was last seen wearing blue jeans and a dark blue jacket. Fox News reported early Sunday that the man may have given the accused assassin, Jared Lee Loughner, a ride to the supermarket. Is it possible he acted as Loughner’s handler in a larger assassination plot?

Mark David Chapman and MK ULTRA?
File this under speculation...
I remember Wayne Madsen writing about MK ULTRA connections to the University of Hawaii:
Although CIA geo-political covert operations at the University of Hawaii are well-documented, the agency’s darker side of research and MK-UKTRA type operations has not generally been associated with the University of Hawaii...
...A series of formerly Confidential CIA memoranda, dated May 15, 1972, points to the involvement of both the Defense Department’s Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA), the CIA, and the University of Hawaii in the CIA’s behavioral science program...
And that is what occurred to me when I read the recent article on Mark David Chapman in The New York Times where it states:
[Chapman] lived in Hawaii at the time, where he drank and became depressed, a condition worsened from working nights as a security guard in Honolulu. He bought a gun and flew with it, unloaded, to New York, eventually getting bullets from a police officer friend in Atlanta who thought they were for Mr. Chapman’s protection.
I find the bit about getting the bullets from the police officer in Atlanta eerily similar to the guns for more recent lone gunmen coming from the same Memphis police vault.
Of interest is also perhaps this section:
“Well, I saw a movie,” he said. “I can’t remember the title of it, it was an important movie” — he has identified the movie as “Ordinary People” in the past — “and I came out of the movie theater and called my wife and for the first time, I told her,” he said. “I told her what I was going to do, and I was crying. And I said I thought about life and thought about my grandmother, and I told her, I said: ‘Your love has saved me. I’m coming home.’ And she said, ‘Just come home. Please, come home.’ ”
“So at that point, I had abandoned all of the plans and was going to throw the gun in the river and that type of thing and come back and everything was going to be O.K. Of course, that didn’t happen.”
Was that Chapman's Queen Of Diamonds? It makes you laugh doesn't it? Ordinary People...Perhaps more likely just an emotional film which had a strong effect on Chapman.
There is also mention in the article of a mysterious judge who seeks to help Chapman when he is out of prison.
That isn't much, but maybe some of you out there know more and are welcome to comment with additional information.

More CIA Games With LSD?
Was the CIA spiking the bread in a French town with LSD? An article in the British newspaper The Telegraph says they did.
Considering their history with MKULTRA mind control experiments on unwitting Canadians and Americans it wouldn't surprise me.
The CIA are such nice people. Always doing good deeds for mankind.
