FBI: 100 Percent Chance of WMD Attack

Well if the FBI sends one of their "informants" to mix the chemicals and build the bombs for them as they've done in the past, well of course then they know it WILL happen.

...“The notion of probability of a WMD attack being low or high is a moot point because we know the probability is 100 percent,” Majidi says. “We’ve seen this in the past, and we will see it in the future. There is going to be an attack using chemical, biological or radiological material.”

Even a WMD attack that does not kill a great number of people would have a crushing psychological impact.

“A singular lone wolf individual can do things in the dark of the night with access to a laboratory with low quantities of material and could hurt a few people but create a devastating effect on the American psyche,” Majidi says.

As described by Majidi, who was previously the chemistry division leader at Los Alamos National Laboratory, the WMD Directorate was established in 2006 to coordinate all elements of the FBI that deal with WMD cases.

Regarding a subject that is full of hype and misinformation, it is rare for an official who is an expert in the field and has full access to current classified information to talk about it for publication.

Majidi says the kind of threat that keeps him awake at night is one from a lone wolf. That’s because the FBI, along with the CIA and foreign partners, has developed a number of ways to detect plots by al-Qaida and other foreign terrorists. Besides intercepting their communications and infiltrating their organizations, the FBI gets reports when people purchase materials that could be used in a WMD attack. These techniques are known as trip wires...

Oh yes, those big baddies, Al Qaeda, that the CIA used to, or still does fund...yeah those guys. They have a fancy english magazine did you know? In it with titles like "Make A Bomb In The Kitchen Of Your Mom" it will surely inspire a whole load of Pentagon, uh I mean Islamic radicalism!

A recent Daily News article says in the latest issue of Inspire, the "terrorists" are now threatening to attack Washington area eateries! Now that goes right to the heart of America. Take away Americans food and God knows what will happen. They also have some groovy advice about how to build people-mowing machines with blades mounted on pick-up trucks. Scary! All in one issue!

As pointed out in one article the magazine has already been found to contain passages taken from a cupcake recipe book!

Now that isn't to say that there might actually be a shoot-out coming in a Washington area restuarant, but if there is, it will be coordinated by the real makers of these obviously fake propaganda magazines. And I doubt the people that made these magazines have much to do with Islam, or Yemen for that matter. Their agenda is fear, and war, and making lots and lots of money.

By the way, the group which the Daily News claims makes this mag, the Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, are supposedly also the group which claimed responsibilty for a very dubious terror attack....The Christmas (or Underwear) Bomber, that's the one who tried to light his underpants on fire. The group also has links to another dubious plot, the Times Square Bomber, that's the guy who bought the wrong firecrackers and the wrong fertilizer to make a bomb.

In any case the Daily News cite as a source for this mag, SITE, the Rita Katz organization known for disinfo and propaganda. Fox news sources the Middle East Media Research Institute, which has on its board of directors, ex-FBI, Defense Department individuals and even Elliot Abrams, from the Bush White House.

A US terror alert issued this week about al-Qaida plots to attack targets in western Europe was politically motivated and not based on credible new information, senior Pakistani diplomats and European intelligence officials have told the Guardian.

The non-specific US warning, which despite its vagueness led Britain, France and other countries to raise their overseas terror alert levels, was an attempt to justify a recent escalation in US drone and helicopter attacks inside Pakistan that have "set the country on fire", said Wajid Shamsul Hasan, the high commissioner to Britain.

Hasan, a veteran diplomat who is close to Pakistan's president, suggested the Obama administration was playing politics with the terror threat before next month's mid-term congressional elections, in which the Republicans are expected to make big gains.

He also claimed President Obama was reacting to pressure to demonstrate that his Afghan war strategy and this year's troop surge, which are unpopular with the American public, were necessary.

"I will not deny the fact that there may be internal political dynamics, including the forthcoming mid-term American elections. If the Americans have definite information about terrorists and al-Qaida people, we should be provided [with] that and we could go after them ourselves," Hasan said.

"Such reports are a mixture of frustrations, ineptitude and lack of appreciation of ground realities. Any attempt to infringe the sovereignty of Pakistan would not bring about stability in Afghanistan, which is presumably the primary objective of the American and Nato forces."

Dismissing claims of a developed, co-ordinated plot aimed at Britain, France and Germany, European intelligence officials also pointed the finger at the US, and specifically at the White House. "To stitch together [the terror plot claims] in a seamless narrative is nonsensical," said one well-placed official.

While Abdul Jabbar, a Briton, and others killed by an American drone strike on 8 September in North Waziristan, in Pakistan's tribal areas, were heard discussing co-ordinated plots, including possible "commando-style" attacks on prominent buildings and tourist sites in European capitals, security and intelligence officials said the plots were nowhere near fruition.

The officials did not deny the men, and other foreign-born jihadi recruits who travel to the tribal areas for indoctrination and training, represented a potentially serious threat. "You have discussions about all sorts of things – that does not necessarily mean there is anything concrete. It is not easy to set up groups," said one counter-terrorism official.

By making it clear that the US drone strikes were pre-emptive, and were not in any way combating an imminent threat, European officials raised fresh questions – this time directly involving a British national – about the legality of the attacks, which could be viewed as assassinations.

They said Washington was the "driver" behind claims about a series of "commando-style" plots and that the CIA – perhaps because it was worried about provoking unwelcome attention to its drone strikes – was also extremely annoyed by the publicity given to them.
