Putin: "One should hardly back those who kill their enemies and eat their organs"
It's a sad state of affairs in the West indeed when it must be lectured on simple morality by Putin.

Is UK Defense Contractor Planning Syrian WMD False Flag?
From Land Destroyer Blog
Unconfirmed "leaked" documents indicate Washington-approved, Qatari-funded false flag attack using Libyan chemical weapons in Homs, Syria.
January 28, 2013 (LD) - Documents allegedly "hacked" belonging to UK-based defense contractor Britam (official website here) appear to show the company considering an offer from Qatar to use Libyan chemical weapons in Homs, Syria in order to frame both the Syrian and Russian governments. The plan involves using Britam's Ukrainian mercenaries and Soviet-era chemical weapon shells brought in from Libya's large, Al Qaeda-linked, Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG) controlled arsenals.

Robert Fisk: 'Rebel army? They're a gang of foreigners'
From The Independent
A victorious army? There were cartridge cases all over the ancient stone laneways, pocked windows, and bullet holes up the side of the Sharaf mosque, where a gunman had been firing from the minaret. A sniper still fired just 150 yards away – all that was left of more than a hundred rebels who had almost, but not quite, encircled the 4,000-year-old citadel of Aleppo.
"You won't believe this," Major Somar cried in excitement. "One of our prisoners told me: 'I didn't realise Palestine was as beautiful as this.' He thought he was in Palestine to fight the Israelis!"

Civilians Massacred in Daraya A Town Overrun By NATO's FSA
Our media lies. We are being told another massacre from Assad. Another reason to invade. Stop believeing our media. They are telling us war propaganda. They have lied before and will again. I am personally sick of it. From what i know, we are supporting brutal terrorists in Syria to overthrow a government which our leaders find inconvenient. Wake up.

Hillary's Handiwork
From RT
A horrific amateur video appeared on YouTube, apparently showing an atrocity against public service workers in Syria. The footage displays a crowd of people callously throwing the bodies of slain postal workers from a post office rooftop.
The video, the source of which could not be independently verified, shows several dozen people having surrounded the staircase of the building, some of them chanting "Allahu Akbar!" They watch corpses being thrown out and rolled down the steps.
Also, several people have got to the roof and are throwing down the apparently dead bodies of post servants.
As they hit the ground, the crowd rushes in to catch the appalling images on their mobile phones.
The video caused online outrage and heated debates on Twitter as to who the people committing the atrocity might be. The majority allege they are Free Syrian Army supporters who intentionally target civil servants backing the regime.
RT's correspondent on the ground Oksana Boyko reports that around one-and-a-half million of the country's civil employees have now become targets. Doctors, teachers and municipal workers risk kidnapping or assassination for simply doing their jobs.
"Documents confirm Syria's armed opposition has a hit list with scientists, engineers, doctors and civil servants on it," Ammar Safi, a plastic surgeon from Damascus, told RT.
His brother, Faris Safi was one of Syria's most experienced civil pilots. US-educated, he logged more than 20,000 hours around the globe. He was coming home from the airport when gunmen attacked his car.
Earlier in August another amateur video blew up the global network.
It showed an apparent mass execution of Assad supporters in Aleppo at the hands of rebels from the Free Syrian Army. Several bloodied men were forced to kneel by a wall amidst a throng of excited, machine gun-touting men.
Also in August, a militant Islamist group claimed responsibility for the execution of Syrian state TV host Mohammed al-Saeed. Al-Saeed was kidnapped on July 19 of this year. The Al-Nusra Front, a little-known Islamist militant group, posted a statement August 4 on an Al-Qaeda-affiliated internet forum:
"The heroes of western Ghouta [in Damascus province] imprisoned the shabih [pro-regime militia] presenter on July 19...He was then killed after he had been interrogated," AFP cited their statement.
Pro-regime journalists and TV stations are still subject to rebel attacks.
Syrian state news agency SANA says one of its reporters, Ali Abbas, was killed at his residence in Damascus on Saturday. The report blamed an armed terrorist group but gave no further details.
Another journalist was killed in a bomb attack while covering a story in al-Tal, a suburb in northern Damascus.
On August 6, a bomb was detonated at a state-run television and radio building in the capital of Damascus, leaving three people injured.
Seven journalists and workers were killed in June when an armed group attacked the headquarters of Syria's al-Ikhbaryia TV.

More lies...
From Land Destroyer Blog.
Citing no evidence, and on the heels of yet another baseless “activist” report claiming a massacre has taken place in Homs, nameless US officials claimed to the Wall Street Journal that the Syrian government is taking chemical weapons out of storage for possible use “against anti-regime rebels or civilians, possibly in an ethnic cleansing campaign.”
Despite claiming to possess this information, the US officials refused to disclose the location these weapons were being moved to, nor the actual nomenclature of the weapons, stating only “they are most worried about Syria’s stockpiles of sarin gas.”

History is the enemy as 'brilliant' psy-ops become the news
From johnpilger.com
...History is buried with the dead and deformed of Vietnam and Bhopal. And history is the new enemy. On 28 May, President Obama launched a campaign to falsify the history of the war in Vietnam. To Obama, there was no Agent Orange, no free fire zones, no turkey shoots, no cover-ups of massacres, no rampant racism, no suicides (as many Americans took their own lives as died in the war), no defeat by a resistance army drawn from an impoverished society. It was, said Mr. Hopey Changey, "one of the most extraordinary stories of bravery and integrity in the annals of [US] military history".
...History is buried with the dead and deformed of Vietnam and Bhopal.
The following day, the New York Times published a long article documenting how Obama personally selects the victims of his drone attacks across the world. He does this on "terror Tuesdays" when he browses through mug shots on a "kill list", some of them teenagers, including "a girl who looked even younger than her 17 years". Many are unknown or simply of military age. Guided by "pilots" sitting in front of computer screens in Las Vegas, the drones fire Hellfire missiles that suck the air out of lungs and blow people to bits. Last September, Obama killed a US citizen, Anwar al-Awlaki, purely on the basis of hearsay that he was inciting terrorism. "This one is easy," he is quoted by aides as saying as he signed the man's death warrant. On 6 June, a drone killed 18 people in a village in Afghanistan, including women, children and the elderly who were celebrating a wedding.
The New York Times article was not a leak or an expose. It was a piece of PR designed by the Obama administration to show what a tough guy the 'commander-in-chief' can be in an election year. If re-elected, Brand Obama will continue serving the wealthy, pursuing truth-tellers, threatening countries, spreading computer viruses and murdering people every Tuesday.
The threats against Syria, co-ordinated in Washington and London, scale new peaks of hypocrisy. Contrary to the raw propaganda presented as news, the investigative journalism of the German daily Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung identifies those responsible for the massacre in Houla as the 'rebels' backed by Obama and Cameron. The paper's sources include the rebels themselves. This has not been completely ignored in Britain. Writing in his personal blog, ever so quietly, Jon Williams, the BBC world news editor, effectively dishes his own 'coverage', citing western officials who describe the 'psy-ops' operation against Syria as 'brilliant'. As brilliant as the destruction of Libya, and Iraq, and Afghanistan.
And as brilliant as the psy-ops of the Guardian's latest promotion of Alastair Campbell, the chief collaborator of Tony Blair in the criminal invasion of Iraq. In his "diaries", Campbell tries to splash Iraqi blood on the demon Murdoch. There is plenty to drench them all. But recognition that the respectable, liberal, Blair-fawning media was a vital accessory to such an epic crime is omitted and remains a singular test of intellectual and moral honesty in Britain.
How much longer must we subject ourselves to such an "invisible government"? This term for insidious propaganda, first used by Edward Bernays, the nephew of Sigmund Freud and inventor of modern public relations, has never been more apt. "False reality" requires historical amnesia, lying by omission and the transfer of significance to the insignificant. In this way, political systems promising security and social justice have been replaced by piracy, "austerity" and "perpetual war": an extremism dedicated to the overthrow of democracy. Applied to an individual, this would identify a psychopath. Why do we accept it?

We are being lied to about the massacres in Syria...
As I suspected, an article in the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung describes how many of the victims of the massacres are actually loyalists of the Assad government, shia, alawite, not sunni like the rebels who claim to be the victims. Most likely they were carried out by brutal forces that the U.S. and gulf states are supporting to overthrow the Assad regime, imported from Libya after they did their butchering there. The massacres are carried out and then blamed on the government, and most of the western media follows along blind with the spin, intended to further the conflict, the tribal bloodshed, and at the cost of genocidal warfare create "regime change", the desired goal of Hillary Clinton, Obama, UN, NATO, gulf states etc...
Here is my translation of important parts of the third and sixth paragraphs of the article:
At first glance the massacre [near Hama] resembles the one in Hula, where on the 25th of May 108 people were killed. In recent days, syrian opposition figures who come from the region have been able to reconstruct the apparent chain of events through reliable statements from witnesses. Their result contradicts the statements of the rebels, who blamed the shabiha militias close to the government. It is said that they [the opposition figures] operated under protection of the Syrian Army. Because opposition figures who reject violence are killed or at least threatened, the opposition figures don't want their names to be seen.....Killed [in the massacres], were nearly completely families of the alawite and shiite minority of Hula, whose population is more then ninety percent sunni. So were several dozen members of a family massacred, who in recent years converted from sunni to shiite Islam. Killed were distant members of the alawite family Shomaliya and the family of a sunni parliamentarian, because he was seen as a traitor. Immediately after the massacre, the perpetrators filmed the victims and posted the videos on the internet claiming them to be sunni victims. Representatives of the syrian government confirm this version, directed however that the government is obligated not to talk in terms of sunni and alawite. President Baschar al Assad belongs to the Alawites, the opposition is overwhelmingly sunni.
