Obama appointed Phillip Zelikow, the Director of the absurdly flawed and discredited 9/11 Commission, to his Intelligence Advisory Board. Zelikow was also earlier involved in a terrorism study group in 1997/1998 which predicted the consequences of "an act of catastrophic terrorism that killed thousands or tens of thousands of people and/or disrupted the necessities of life for hundreds of thousands, or even millions, [and] would be a watershed event in America’s history." Zelikov also drafted for the Bush administration the new national security strategy of 'preemptive attack."
President Obama also appointed Mona Sutphen, a close contact and colleague of Clinton's National Security Advisor Sandy R. Berger. Sutphen was managing director of Stonebridge International, "a global business strategy firm" formed by Mr. Berger. Mr. Berger was also convicted of the removal of crucial 9/11 documents from the National Archives at the time the 9/11 Comission was reviewing documents associated with 9/11.
On this linked webpage you can read one comment theorizing "zelikow and Sunstein's 'Obama propaganda ministry'[OPM] will be dealing with recent ripples in pool out of Florida, which, if opened by 'new investigation' [sen.Graham], would HAVE to deal with continued suppression of explosive information..."
Could it be that these insider appointments are a defensive move by the Obama administration to deal with, scuttle, or diffuse Senator Graham's recent call for a new 9/11 Investigation? At the very least they represent the continued correlation between the Obama administration and the insiders in previous administrations in the area of foreign policy.

In addition: It is interesting to watch the following Council on Foreign Relations video where Zelikow recently spoke about 9/11 and the continuing War on Terror. Zelikow speaks assuredly and seemingly smartly about 9/11, yet to anyone who has looked at the facts surrounding 9/11 it seems as if the CFR and Zelikow are living in their own world of manipulated facts. Just to use one example: At 12:00 minutes in Zelikow talks of how it is not known if there was a support network for the terrorists inside the U.S. However we know that an FBI informant was helping the terrorists as well as influential Saudis. Zelikow also wishes to tie (14:00) Iran to actions aiding the terrorists in their travels by lax control over their visas and border controls. However we know that the U.S. itself could be accused of this, in their 'negligence' at the consulate in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where the cross border travels of Al-Qaeda and the hijackers themselves were apparently purposely aided.

Co-Chair of 9/11 Inquiry: American Government Covered Up State Assistance to Hijackers

This is stunning. [Senator Bob] Graham is saying - and actually has said for years - that the Saudis were involved in 9/11, but the U.S. government has been censoring this fact.
But it doesn't end there.

Investigators for the Congressional [9/11] Joint Inquiry discovered that an FBI informant had hosted and even rented a room to two hijackers in 2000 and that, when the Inquiry sought to interview the informant, the FBI refused outright, and then hid him in an unknown location, and that a high-level FBI official stated these blocking maneuvers were undertaken under orders from the White House.,,,

'Don't listen to the Japanese government': Aussie expat tells of Fukushima chaos

At least 750 workers were evacuated yesterday morning when another explosion ruptured the inner containment building at Reactor No. 2 at the Dai-ichi plant.
The explosion released a surge of radiation 800 times more intense than the recommended hourly exposure limit in Japan.
But Mr Gregoric said some people were still in the dark about the threat in Fukushima.
"Even some people have not left Fukushima city, which is one of the worst hit," he said.
"I still know people who haven't left Sendai because they just don't have information.
"The most important thing now is accurate reporting, accurate reporting and information, and honesty, and all those three things are lacking."
He said residents were queueing for four hours to get water, petrol had run out and there were rolling electricity cuts,

Top UN Officials Have Public Meltdown over Call for New 9/11 Investigation

Richard Falk, retired Princeton University professor of international law and a United Nations-appointed human rights expert on the Human Rights Council, was blasted by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon for suggesting in his January 11 blog entry that there was a cover-up regarding some aspects of the official account of 9/11. Falk mentioned “the reluctance to address the sort of awkward gaps and contradictions in the official explanations” that David Ray Griffin documents in his books. Falk also wrote, “What may be more distressing than the apparent cover-up is the eerie silence of the mainstream media … What must we learn from all this? Don’t connect dots without evidence.”
Sec.-Gen. Ki-Moon condemned these remarks as “preposterous”.

Nicaraguan Diplomat Found Dead In Bronx Before Annual UN General Assembly Meeting; Police Comm. Describes Stab Wounds As "Self-Inflicted"
A Nicaraguan diplomat stabs himself twelve times to death before the UN annual assembly meeting? Ahem. Sounds fishy.

A Nicaraguan official was found dead Thursday morning inside his Bronx apartment.
Officials say Cesar Mercado, the current consul general of Nicaragua, was found inside an apartment at 2070 Grand Concourse in Tremont at about 10:15 a.m. His throat had been slashed.
Mercado's body was found by his driver, who was picking him up to take him to the United Nations General Assembly's annual meeting. The driver went up to the apartment, found the door was open and then found his employer's body.
From a later article we can also read how the police are investigating the twelve stab wounds as somehow self inflicted. Another theory of theirs is that they are the result of a domestic dispute. Obviously murder or assassination is not one of their favored lines of investigation.
Sources say investigators are looking into the possibility that the Nicaragua consul general consul died in the Bronx yesterday as the result of a violent domestic dispute.
At a news conference this afternoon, Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said Cesar Mercado, 34, was stabbed 12 times in the abdomen and had a slashed throat.
"There was no indication of a struggle broken furniture, that sort of thing," said Kelly. "A lot of blood, two knives found in the bathroom sink. There are several prints that are being analyzed now, prints found in the blood, and the victim had no shoes but had socks on."
Kelly described some of the wounds as "hesitation wounds," that appear to have been self-inflicted.
"A hesitation wound is a wound that could potentially have been made by the individual himself,” said Kelly. “If, in fact, there is a wound from an assailant, it’s generally very direct and in one motion. These wounds were described to me as not being in one motion."
Mercado's body was discovered yesterday morning in a pool of blood inside his apartment on Grand Concourse in Tremont. He was found clutching human hair in both hands.
According to a Daily News article, Mercado spoke openly of his own death six months before to a friend.
"Beginning six months ago, he told me, 'Don't let them have a funeral for me here if I die. I want a closed casket, just send me to my mother,'" Amador said. He repeated the grim request two weeks ago, she said.
Mercado was apparently heading to the annual gathering of the General Assembly at UN Headquarters. A black SUV with a diplomatic plate reading "consul" parked outside the building had the day's General Assembly agenda on the front passenger seat.

Russia Today Sheds Extreme Doubt On 9/11 Offical Story
This is one of the most concise and biting indictments of the 9/11 official story, and it doesn't even mention the incriminating building 7 or the discovery of military explosives found in the dust. The arrogant perpetrators of this crime need to be brought to justice. The corrupt contemporary American establishment and their empire of manipulation and control is falling. As things turned out, this would be no small oversight – and even a bit of an embarrassment – since several of the accused terrorists were quickly reported to be alive and well.
One of the alleged terrorists on 9/11 was identified as Waleed Al Shehri, who the FBI accused of helping to hijack and crash American Airlines flight 11 into the World Trade Center together with four other individuals.
There was just one problem, however: Waleed Al Shehri is alive and at the time of the 9/11 attacks was employed as a pilot for Saudi Arabian Airlines.
Moreover, Al Shehri is not the only individual who appears to have been a victim of identity theft on 9/11. Indeed, less than two weeks after 9/11, British media reported that “the identities of four of the 19 suspects accused of having carried out the attacks are now in doubt.”
“The men – all from Saudi Arabia – spoke of their shock at being mistakenly named by the FBI as suicide terrorists,” reported the Telegraph of London. “None of the four was in the United States on September 11 and all are alive in their home country.”
One of the men, Abdulaziz Al Omari, was employed at the time of the attacks as an engineer with Saudi Telecoms. He told Arab media about the shock he felt when he saw his name on the terrorist list.
"I couldn't believe it when the FBI put me on their list,” Al Omari told Arab media. “They gave my name and my date of birth, but I am not a suicide bomber. I am here. I am alive. I have no idea how to fly a plane. I had nothing to do with this."
The other exonerated “terrorists” were identified as Saeed Al-Ghamdi, who works as a pilot with Saudi Arabian Airlines; Salem Al-Hamzi, who is employed at a petrochemical complex; and Ahmed Al-Nami, an administrative supervisor with Saudi Arabian Airlines...
