"A good opportunity for what’s called a ‘false flag’ operation"....ahem.
From Raw Story.
An Indiana prosecutor and Republican activist has resigned after emails show he suggested Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker stage a fake attack on himself to discredit unions protesting his budget repair bill.
The Republican governor signed a bill on March 11 that eliminates most union rights for public employees.
In an email from February 19, Indiana deputy prosecutor Carlos F. Lam told Walker the situation presented "a good opportunity for what’s called a ‘false flag’ operation."
The Wisconsin Center for Investigative Journalism discovered the email among tens of thousands released to the public last week following a lawsuit by the Isthmus and the Associated Press.
"If you could employ an associate who pretends to be sympathetic to the unions' cause to physically attack you (or even use a firearm against you), you could discredit the unions," Lam said in his email...

As Americans Argue Amongst Themselves, The Bankers Laugh
The defense contractor is complaining about teacher salaries. LOL. What about his salary bought and paid for by the government's out of control military spending to support wars for profit? In the end neither of them are talking about the giant bailouts and bonuses on Wall Street, declining american salaries, the wasteful military and security spending, the stagflation about to hit everyone, the debt, or the collapse of the dollar etc...
Ever see vultures fighting for that last little bit of road kill?
How dare those government workers have a union asks the Tea Partier? They should suffer like the rest of us...Oh the future of America will be bright indeed.

Revolution in Wisconsin
Maybe the protestors shouldn't have been so nice and respectful to the Senator since afterwards he showed no respect to them:
From Journal Sentinel
"I really think if I had had to, I could have walked through the crowd and it would have been okay," he told the Cap Times. "They're loud, they'll give you the finger, and they yell at you, but I really think deep down inside they're just mostly college kids having fun, just like they're having fun sleeping with their girfriends on air mattresses. That's the guts of that crowd."
Tuesday evening, Grothman appears on MSNBC and describes the protesters as "a bunch of slobs taking up the building."

Once Again, Fox Masquerades GOP Activist As Concerned Parent To Attack Unions
I understand that Media Matters in its criticism of Alex Jones is completely off the mark. However the Tea Party is foolish to attack unions.
Why is it so hard for the Tea Party, or even some in the libertarian right to understand? It is the powerful, the corporate oligarchs and the elite, who want the unions gone. They want the middle class to suffer, and they want more money for themselves. That isn't freedom but exploitation.
The progressive left is equally foolish when it attacks 9/11 Truth, Alex Jones, or the Second Amendment.
Why is it so hard to see that 9/11 Truth, the libertarian right, as well as the unions, and the progressive left, need to get together to fight the real enemy, namely, the corrupt establishment (both corporate and government) pulling the strings in the shadows of America, leading it further into financial ruin, brutal inequality, a police state, and needless war and imperialism.
Ron Paul and Ralph Nader have suggested such an alliance. Perhaps it is the only alliance which could advert a catastrophe for America in the future. Stop bickering and find the common ground against the common enemy.
From Media Matters.
This morning, Fox & Friends hosted an "upset Wisconsin parent" to discuss her objection to Wisconsin public schools' teaching of labor union history. Left unsaid during the segment: The parent, Amber Hahn, is also a local GOP official...

Police Join Wisconsin Protesters In State Capitol
From The Understory.
From inside the Wisconsin State Capitol, RAN ally Ryan Harvey reports:
“Hundreds of cops have just marched into the Wisconsin state capitol building to protest the anti-Union bill, to massive applause. They now join up to 600 people who are inside.”
Ryan reported on his Facebook page earlier today:
“Police have just announced to the crowds inside the occupied State Capitol of Wisconsin: ‘We have been ordered by the legislature to kick you all out at 4:00 today. But we know what’s right from wrong. We will not be kicking anyone out, in fact, we will be sleeping here with you!’ Unreal.”

Scott Walker "Thought About" Planting "Troublemakers" In the Wisconsin Protest
Listen to a prank call from someone impersonating David Koch talk to Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker. The bit about infiltrating the protesters with "troublemakers" comes around 4.22 in the second video. The Governor also praises the New York Times. Figures. America is owned by cynical conservatives and bought off democrats. They can lean back and relax...it's all in their hands.
From Prison Planet.
During a prank phone call in which he believed he was talking to billionaire philanthropist David Koch, Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker admitted that state authorities had “thought about” using troublemakers to infiltrate the crowds demonstrating against his effort to eliminate collective bargaining rights, proving once again that the use of agent provocateurs to discredit legitimate protesters is a common political ploy...
